CHALLENGE GROUP FAQS

WHAT IS A CHALLENGE GROUP?

My Challenge Groups are the mechanisms that I use to provide my virtual (on-line) fitness and nutrition coaching services to my customers. The Groups consist of people who have committed to getting healthy using Beachbody home fitness programs and nutritional support tools. Through fitness, nutrition, peer support and accountability, I'm able to help group participants achieve their goals.

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN THE CHALLENGE GROUPS?

Groups typically include a minimum of 5 people in order to keep participation and accountability at a maximum.

WHAT FITNESS LEVELS CAN JOIN THE CHALLENGE GROUPS?

All fitness levels from beginners to advanced are welcomed to join one of my challenge groups. My Challenge Group culture is one that provides support, knowledge and encouragement through each phase of your fitness transformation journey.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF CHALLENGE GROUPS?

My Challenge Groups provide participants with a fun, engaging and supportive group environment that seamlessly facilitates a higher level of accountability for each challenger in order for everyone to obtain their personal goals. Participants also create long-lasting relationships, trust, and comfort in sharing both struggles and successes with the group and everyone can also enter the

Beachbody Challenge contest where you'll be eligible to win cash and prizes along your journey.

One continual perk of the Challenge Groups that I've experienced over and over is that people have discovered capabilities that they didn't know they had prior to joining one of my adventures!

HOW ARE CHALLENGE GROUPS FACILITATED?

The Challenge Groups are facilitated through a closed private Facebook page that can only be seen or used by authorized participants or we use Beachbody's My Challenge Tracker App in the event team members are not on Facebook. Another benefit of using the My Challenge Tracker App is that participants can check in daily to log workouts, nutrition intake and regularly update weight and measurements, all of which is displayed graphically to ensure you're on track to reach your goals.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO PARTICIPATE IN A CHALLENGE GROUP?

Challenge Group participants are encouraged to purchase one of the Challenge Packs available on my website. Challenge Packs are the complete package, offering total support for achieving health and fitness goals. The formula? Transform :20 Is The Focal Program Of Our Next Challenge Group!

What is Transform :20™?

Transform :20 is a fast, super-intense fitness program created by Super Trainer Shaun T that will transform your body—and your mind—in just 20 minutes a day over 6 weeks. Be forewarned—it’s hard. But the results will be worth it. Transform :20 is a breakthrough total-body workout without breaks. It’s just you, me, Shaun T, and a Step. After 5 minutes, you’ll be out of breath, at 10 minutes you’ll be sweating, in 15 minutes you’ll be looking at the clock, and by minute 20 you’ll be done. You’ll blast your core, legs, glutes, and upper body— no weights required. There’s a different workout every day, 6 days a week, done in real time with the cast. No do-overs and no repeats.

Transform :20 is divided into three 2-week chapters: COMMIT, CLIMB, CONQUER. In each chapter, the moves evolve and get harder. Daily Transformer challenges will push you physically, and daily ShaunFirmations will help get your mind focused and keep you motivated. The Beachbody® Nutrition Guide has been tailored to Transform :20 to make sure you’re getting the nutrients and fuel you need throughout the program to help you achieve your best results.
