  • Things To Do In Preparation For Class

    Here Are Some Things You Should Do In Preparation Please:


    1. You'll need enough space in your workout location to move about 2 feet laterally (fwd and back).

    2. Please be well hydrated BEFORE class and have water, a mat (if you have one) and a towel during class.

    3. You'll need 2 sets of light to medium dumbbells (5-15 lbs). If you don't have dumbbells, no problem.

    4. Set up your computer so that I can see your full body.

    5. Plan to join the call by 6:45 PM so that we can start on time.

    6. Be prepared to have fun while we work it out ok!!
