  • Things To Do In Preparation For Class

    Here Are Some Things You Should Do In Preparation Please:

    1. You'll need enough space in your workout location to move about 2 feet laterally (fwd and back).

    2. Please be well hydrated BEFORE class and have water, a mat (if you have one) and a towel during class.

    3. You'll need 2 sets of light to medium dumbbells (5-15 lbs). If you don't have dumbbells, no problem. **Please check with the instructor to determine the need for weights during your upcoming workout**.

    4. Set up your computer so that I can see your full body.

    5. Please log in 5-10 minutes before class so that we can start on time.

    6. Bring a good attitude and be prepared to have fun while we work out!
