WHAT IS M1ND?
It's the next generation of mobility training! M1ND workouts are low impact functional mobility sessions which incorporate the 3TYs (mobility, flexibility and stability) through a variety of different mediums - sometimes through static stretching, sometimes through yoga influenced dynamic movement, and sometimes using an external object to assist in moving the body in novel ways.If you work hard but also want to keep your body mobile and fit for life, this is for you!

Things To Do In Preparation For Class
Here Are Some Things You Should Do In Preparation Please:
1. Please be well hydrated BEFORE class and have water, a mat (if you have one) and a towel during class.
2. Set up your computer so that I can see your full body.
3. Please log in 5-10 minutes before class so that we can start on time.
4. Bring a good attitude and be prepared to have fun while we get mobile!
